Hello!
I am Zeynep Gedikoglu. I am a ceramic artist and sculptor. I am based in Clemson, SC, USA. My artworks are abstract figurative pieces that make a statement in the places they inhabit.
My artistic style is to indulge places with statement pieces that stand out. I am passionate about delivering meaning and beauty through my sculptures. The artistic process for me is motivated by freedom, otherness, the impossibility of recreation, imperfection, and uniqueness. I believe that without art, we just survive not live!

I create illusions of three-dimensional imaginations. Sculpture inhabits the space shared by the viewer which is tactile—one could actually touch it and feel its various textures and forms from every angle.
No artist sees things as they are. After all, what you see individually in my artwork is what matters!
